Information on how to enter this referral program forms part of these conditions of entry. You should read and accept the terms and conditions to be part of this Referral Program. To qualify as a referrer you need to register with us, and get a confirmation from us in that regard. 2. Your referred candidates should be residents of India or Indians who are settled abroad and want to return to India. They should be available for the Indian job market. 3. Eligibility criteria include: i. Your confirmed registration with us, as our referring partner. ii. Providing valid referred candidates. This includes the Correct Name, valid Email addresses and valid Contact Number and City, and your comments about the candidate. iii. References provided should be IT or Managerial Professionals from Premier Institutes (IITs/RECs/NITs/ BITS-Pilani/IIMs, IISC, etc) or very Prestigious Companies, and should not be in any of the job portals. Resumes available on Monster, JobsAhead and Naukri will not be considered. If a candidate resume is already with us, it will not be considered as a referral. We shall get back to you within 2 working days regarding the eligibility of your referred candidates. Your entry shall remain valid for 6 months after your submission, after which you have to submit the referred candidate resume again to participate in Referral Program. iv. Once a job opportunity is provided in a suitable company, your referred candidates should accept and then join that particular company, and finish his probation period. 4. A referrer, from whose referred candidates, PriorityONE is able to successfully place people, would be rewarded as follow:- i. For EACH successful placement, a guaranteed prize /gift hampers of market value more than Rs. 1000 or ii. On 2 successful placements, a guaranteed iPOD shuffle or a PocketPC iii. On 3 successful placements, will get a guaranteed prize of Apple iPOD iv. Every 50th, 100th, 150th, 200th referrals by you, you shall get a special gift for your enthusiasm, even if those referrals do not get converted to a successful placement. 5. Employees and immediate families of PriorityONE and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible for this program. 6. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 7. PriorityONE takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected emails. 8. PriorityONE is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any of the products given as prizes. 9.
