Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Department: Corporate Management and Delivery
Reports To: COO, PriorityONE
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, assist and train team leads in their delivery processes
- Develop and sustain client relationships with high level of client satisfaction
- Support to business development activities along with business development manager
- Research existing and new clients , understand their needs and finding new, better ways to serve them
- Doing effective scheduling of tasks and resource allocation for optimization of team resources
- Audit the team processes and their status reports frequently, and implement improvements thereafter
- Deal with day-to-day queries from teams, and motivate them for better results
- Maintain systems and processes for administration of workflow
- Providing Weekly/monthly/Quarterly reporting on performance and placements, and other ad hoc reports as required
- Achievement of revenue targets
- To influence delivery of services to match and exceed client expectations of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Providing assistance and follow-up in ensuring prompt payment by the customer
- Ensuring delightful customer relationship management for existing and new clients, maintaining frequent interactions with clients.
- Setting up and co-coordinating our media relations
- Marketing and branding exercises for PriorityONE at job fairs, conferences, media events with an aim to generate, and nurture candidate and client relationships
Core Competence:
The candidate will need to demonstrate, using specific examples, the following core competencies. These will be essential to their success in the role.
- Well versed with the IT recruitment process, recruitment industry and recruitment management with a proven track record.
- Familiar with computers, Internet and MS Office, and comfortable with utilizing technology in day to day operations of the organization
- Familiarity with IT technologies and terminologies, and willing to learn more upcoming technologies
- Effective time management with priority management, with an ability to plan and organize effectively and to a strategic level
- Ability to work in a results oriented and target driven environment
- Prior experience in head hunting or sales or marketing
- Good team player, with flair to interact with internal teams and outside people and build relationships across the industry.
- Good knowledge bank of the IT Market, to help teams achieve their targets
- Must be aggressive and goal oriented.
- Good interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication, good presentation skills
- Persuasive with good negotiation skills
- Ability to work to earn professional respect by giving and getting best efforts of all involved.
- Intrinsic Drive and persistence with strong success awareness
- Creative Thinking abilities on top of critical thinking
- Ability to work at senior levels within client base, inside and outside the HR, Recruitment Departments.
- Ability to forge long-term relationship with PriorityONE Team and PriorityONE customers.

- 4+ years of industry experience
Preferable:
- Long experience in recruitment services, especially IT sector
- MBA degree
- Previous account management experience
- Sales Management experience
- Technical background
- Formal training in sales process and sales management process
