Technical Recruiter
Job Title: Technical Recruiter
Reports To: Recruitment Manager , PriorityONE

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all recruiting activities including, but not limited to sourcing, advertising, networking, screening, scheduling and interviewing.
  • May participate in Job Fairs, or Walk-ins and other on-campus recruitment activities to get the best of candidates.
  • Work with management and senior technical personnel of Clients to determine resource needs and position requirements
  • Generate a pipeline of qualified candidates through the effective management of relationships with candidates. Partner with other recruiting consulting firms in order to keep their attention focused on our placements.
  • Facilitate interviews and coordinate interview schedules of candidates with management or technical personnel, including occasional travel arrangements if needed.
  • Conduct background screenings and reference checks.
  • Prepare management reports and updates.
  • Convince candidates to join Client Company through the effective use of selling techniques.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills,
  • Brilliant interpersonal skills, people sensitivity and social skills
  • Good self-presentation, communication and persuasiveness.
  • Must be well-organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively screen applicants for core competencies and experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of good recruitment practices
  • Professional demeanor, ability to work well with the public, and all levels of management and staff.
  • Proficient in use of office automation softwares like MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Outgoing and mature personality with good sense of humor
  • Target Oriented and Hard Worker.

Experience/Education:

  • 0-3 years of good experience in high volume corporate recruiting with success in achieving results ( preferred, not necessary )
  • College degree (UG / PG : any stream) from a very reputed college ( B.Sc ( Information Technology), MCA, Management, or Technical Engineering degrees preferred.)
  • Person having good technical, software industry background having coding experience and then moving into recruitment will also be considered
